To connect to a user's file via FTP for transfer or Scanner Documents:

FTP Host: tanicfile.com (no http or https) default port 21
Username: youruseremail@domain.ltd
Password: <theirpassword>

NOTE: if scanning from copiers in a general office settings, be sure to ask your users NOT to change their password. If this is a continued issues, please contact Zynimus Support for an Admin FTP account at support@zynimus.com
